Pretending that even my mom still occasionally checks this site for new content has become an affectation, and that doesn’t even brush up against what this generation of interweb user thinks of forums in general, so I’ll just take this moment to pat myself on the back for getting through some (oh yeah, self-inflicted, for the most part) rough online times (that coincidentally paralleled rough IRL times) and making jjewell.com once again a thing on the public internet.
